Can I try qnnection before I create an account?

Yes, but you will be required to create an account the next time you open our app. Our app is free of charge and you wont be billed for use. 

Im having trouble logging into my account

Try the steps below to resolve this issue.

  1. Make sure caps lock is off (passwords are case sensitive) and you are not inadvertently adding a black space before or after your password.
  2. Reset your password using the forgot password link (Be sure to use the email address tied to your qnnection account.) If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please send an email below to our customer support team and we can reset your password for you.
  3. If you’re still having trouble on our app you can clear any automatically stored passwords. This will ensure that invalid password information is not being entered for you automatically by your phone.
Can I delete my account?

Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal settings. Please note, you can only delete your account by emailing our customer support at [email protected]

Is qnnection available in different languages?

We currently offer versions of the qnnection apps in the following language(s)

  • English (US)
Can I use the same email for multiple accounts?

Each Qnnection account must be tied to a unique email address. There is no way around this restriction.

Qnnection also provides the option to login using your Apple ID, Google and Facebook. 

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
  1. Select UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of any of the emails you receive from qnnection. You will be taken to your Email Notifications page. 
  2. On the Email Notifications page, check the boxes for emails you no longer wish to receive. Clicking Unsubscribe will unsubscribe you from all emails on the list.
  3. Select SaveIt may take up to 48 hours for our system to reflect your changes.
How do I update the qnnection app?

We’re constantly working to improve our mobile app, so it’s important to make sure you have the current version. In addition to new questions and features, updating the app will often solve any issues that you are experiencing. See below for instructions on updating the app on your device.

Is Qnnection designed for children?

The Qnnection App questions are engaging and appeal to a very broad group of users. That said, we understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment.  Accordingly, Qnnection is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 17.
